AnyDo Pro is a cloud-based business management platform that helps businesses create invoices, quotations, manage customers, expenses, inventory, and other business operations.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You agree to use AnyDo Pro only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful software, or interfere with the service.
Some features require a paid subscription, lifetime license, or one-time add-on purchase (including additional seller profiles). All fees are charged in advance according to the plan, billing cycle, or product selected at checkout. By completing any payment—whether through our online payment provider (including Paddle), bank transfer, cash, or any other method accepted by AnyDo Pro—you expressly acknowledge and agree that all subscription fees, plan upgrades, renewals, lifetime purchases, seller-profile add-ons, and related charges are final and strictly non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rata reversals for unused time, unused invoice quota, downgrades, partial periods, account cancellation, or change of mind, except where a refund is expressly required by mandatory applicable law that cannot be waived. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting [email protected] first may result in immediate account suspension.
You retain ownership of the data you create and upload to AnyDo Pro. We use your data only to provide, maintain, and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
AnyDo Pro is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activities. You may cancel your account at any time.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Users are also responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in their own country.
